Our warehouses are located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China — strategically positioned for fast access to manufacturers and major international export hubs.

Getting Started & Onboarding

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

We require a minimum of 20+ daily orders to get started. These can be from a single product or spread across multiple products — whatever your store setup looks like.

How do I start working with OneShipPros?

Getting started is simple:

Do I get a dedicated account manager?

Yes. Every client at OneShipPros is assigned a dedicated account manager — your single point of contact for sourcing, orders, shipping updates, and any issues that come up.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment period?

No long-term contracts required. We believe in earning your business through results. You can start, pause, or stop at any time without penalties or hidden exit fees.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping lines do you use?

We work with 10+ carriers and primarily use YunExpress, 4PX, CNE, UBI, and Yanwen. We’re open to using your preferred carrier if you already have one in mind.

What are your shipping times by region?

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 5–15 days
  • Australia: 4–12 days
  • Europe: 4–15 days
  • Canada: 9–20 days
  • Rest of World: 15–25 days

What is your order processing time?

Standard processing (sourcing, QC, packing, dispatch) takes 2–5 business days. If your products are already stocked in our warehouse, orders ship within 1 business day.

Do you ship to all countries?

We ship to most countries worldwide. Some remote or restricted destinations may have limited carrier options. Contact us with your target markets and we’ll confirm full coverage.

Do you provide real-time tracking for every order?

Yes. Tracking numbers are automatically uploaded to your store system the moment orders are dispatched. Your customers get tracking updates just like they would with any local fulfillment service.

What is your Return & Refund policy.

Damaged products: Resend or refund by One Ship Pros. Wrong products: Resend or refund by One Ship Pros. Package get lost in transit: Resend or refund by One Ship Pros.

However, One Ship Pros do not take

Responsibility for following factors. Delivery failed caused by wrong or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Customer refused the package or unable to receive the package (For example, customer wasn’t at home) after multiple delivery attempts. Events that are not in our control such as war, natural disaster, strike etc.
